Bachelor of Engineering Degrees

Bachelor of Engineering Science with Double Major in Process Engineering and Synthetic Chemistry

This interdisciplinary programme combines Synthetic Chemistry and Process Engineering, offering students a comprehensive grasp of chemical processes from molecular to industrial scales. It equips them to address complex challenges and foster innovation in manufacturing sectors like pharmaceuticals, petrochemicals, energy, and materials.


  • Minimum Subject Requirements:
    • Singapore-Cambridge GCE A-Level: H2 Level Pass in Mathematics and H2 Level pass in Chemistry
    • Polytechnic Diploma: Relevant diploma
    • International Baccalaureate Diploma: Mathematics at higher level and Chemistry at higher level
    • NUS High School Diploma: Major CAP of 2.0 in Mathematics and Major CAP 2.0 in Chemistry
    • International & Other qualifications: Mathematics at Senior High School level and Chemistry at Senior High School Level
  • Programme Details:
    • The period of study is four academic years, with a total of 142/143 AUs required to qualify for graduation.
    • There are four course types in the curriculum: Major Requirement - Core Courses, Major Requirement - Major Prescribed Elective Courses, Interdisciplinary Collaborative Core (ICC) Requirement, and Broadening and Deepening Electives (BDE).
    • The curriculum culminates in the practical application of acquired concepts during a Professional Internship and a Final Year Research Project or a Final Year Design Project.

Bachelor of Science Degrees

  • Bachelor of Engineering Science with Double Major in Process Engineering and Synthetic Chemistry
    • This programme is also offered as a Bachelor of Science degree, with the same details as the Bachelor of Engineering degree.

Bachelor of Business Degrees

  • Accountancy for Future Leaders - Bachelor of Accountancy (Sustainability Management and Analytics)
    • Integrates sustainability, analytics, and a 30-week internship with premier ATO employers of ACRA.
  • Bachelor of Business with Second Major in Sustainability
    • Learn and understand various sustainability concepts and issues to enhance students' perspectives in business management and create innovative business solutions.
  • Bachelor of Accountancy with Second Major in Sustainability
    • Learn and understand various sustainability concepts and issues to enhance students' perspectives in business management and create innovative business solutions.
