Family Nurse Practitioner, MSN
Program Overview
Family Nurse Practitioner, MSN
The Family Nurse Practitioner, MSN program emphasizes hands-on, real-life care in all aspects of the program. All faculty members are currently in practice, providing students with indispensable exposure to the kind of work they will step into after graduation. The program emphasizes health equity and addressing social determinants of health both in the community and healthcare settings. Students can interact with patients speaking languages other than English and gain experience with culturally diverse populations. The program offers access to unique clinical opportunities, including addiction medicine, homeless health, and centers that provide evidence-based care across the gender spectrum.
