Course Content
The Bachelor’s degree program in Sociology provides students with a sound theoretical and empirical grounding in Sociology. Students will gain knowledge of the theoretical and methodological foundations of the subject, with due reference being made to the requirements of the job market and the changes taking place within it. Students will learn to work to academic standards and to critically analyze social conditions and the measures taken by governmental and non-governmental institutions to improve them.
Course Structure
The Bachelor’s degree program is modular and comprises subject-specific modules and modules in cross-disciplinary skills. The modules consist of mandatory courses in sociology, in the cross-disciplinary elective module as well as courses in the compulsory elective area.
