Dual Elliott School Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science and Master of Arts Degree

The Elliott School of International Affairs (ESIA) offers dual degree programs between any ESIA bachelor's degree and any ESIA master of arts degree.

Program Description

The program allows students to take up to 10 graduate credits as part of their undergraduate program, thereby decreasing the number of credits normally required for the master of arts degree. Undergraduate students enroll in graduate courses as part of their undergraduate program of study. Students must complete their undergraduate degree requirements, plus all prerequisites for their chosen master’s degree, before beginning the graduate program. All requirements for both degrees must be fulfilled.

Program Requirements

• Students interested in the dual degree program should consult with their academic advisor early in their third year.
• The master of international policy and practice and master of international studies degrees are excluded from this program.
