Human Resource Management MSc

The Management School, Faculty of Social Sciences, offers a CIPD-accredited MSc in Human Resource Management (HRM). This course allows students to develop an expert understanding of the role human resource management plays in contemporary modern organisations.


Course Description

By undertaking this CIPD-accredited MSc in Human Resource Management (HRM), students will develop a detailed and thorough understanding of the role human resources play in modern organisations in the private, public, and third sectors. Students will be taught by world-class researchers from across the Management School and will learn about a diverse range of topics, including pay, performance management, recruitment and retention, strategic management, skills and workforce development, worker voice and representation, and international human resource management.
