BS - College of Health Sciences
The Bachelor of Science in Fitness Programming and Management (FPM) is a program that equips students with the knowledge and skills to assist individuals in adopting physical activity, improving exercise performance, and incorporating healthy behaviors to optimize health and wellness.
Program Description
This program prepares students to work in corporate fitness-oriented organizations, oversee strength and conditioning for athletic teams, or grow a personal training, health, and fitness-based business.

- Skilled in designing, implementing, administering, and evaluating effective exercise and health programs in private, worksite, community, tactical, and sport organizations.

- Prepared to pursue national certifications provided by professional organizations (NSCA, ACSM) in fields of study related to personal training, group fitness, strength and conditioning, and sports medicine.
