The Master in Production and Operations Management enables engineers to analyze, understand, and manage operations of a manufacturing or service organization, especially in a global context. Participants are qualified to optimize the efficiency of value-added processes within the operation of production and service systems.

International Cooperation

China is becoming more and more important in the context of global manufacturing. Therefore, one of the Engineering Modules of the Master Program Production and Operations Management is held at the KIT China Branch in cooperation with the Global Advanced Manufacturing Institute (GAMI) and the Advanced Manufacturing Technology Center (AMTC) as well as Tongji University.
