The program commences with Introduction to Public Policy, which encourages students to think like social scientists. Students progress to first-year core modules, equipping them with essential empirical, political science, and economic policy analysis skills. Through option modules, students customize their EMPA experience, adding specialist knowledge to make them rounded policy thinkers.
