The Master's Degree in Gastronomic Sciences is a highly qualified program that focuses on the training and qualification of professionals in the gastronomy sector. The program is designed to provide advanced training in this area, facilitating the acquisition of skills to innovate and act in a conscious, rigorous, and responsible manner.

• The program adds to Gastronomy the areas of Nutrition, Sustainability, Entrepreneurship, as well as Culture.
• The teaching activity takes place at the Faculty of Nutrition and Food Sciences of the University of Porto, as well as at the School of Hospitality and Tourism of the Polytechnic Institute of Porto.
