Master's Degree in Materials Engineering

The Master's Degree in Materials Engineering (M.EMAT) is offered by the Faculty of Engineering and is designed to train graduates for professional careers in any area of Materials Engineering. The M.EMAT course provides two specializations (a more general one in Materials and one in Metallurgy), offering advanced training in the Science and Technology of Materials, focusing on:

• Product Design
• Processing Technologies
• Characterisation Techniques Complementary training is provided in Management and Transversal Skills, a factor which is considered highly important in the business world.
