The Master’s degree in Services Engineering and Management (MESG) offered by FEUP is aimed at graduates of Engineering, Engineering Sciences, Economics or Business Administration who would like to pursue a career in service development, design and management in any sector, including the industrial sector.

• Design and implementation of technology services, while fostering innovation in organisations
  • Support for IT businesses concerning the use of technology to create valuable services, in particular regarding the interface between IT and services
  • Assistance for manufacturing companies when adding valuable service components to their offers, with the purpose of creating more comprehensive solutions for their clients
  • Modelling and design of business processes in organisations
