Program Overview
Introduction to LeDAM - Management, Innovation and Technologies for Sustainability
The LeDAM course is part of the online training program "LeDAM - Leveraging competences and skills of professionals in digital and automated manufacturing processes," a European project co-funded by EIT Manufacturing. This course is composed of two basic modules addressing Management, Innovation, and Technologies for Sustainability in the manufacturing sector.
Course Structure
The course is structured around two modules:
- MODULE 1. Management, Innovation & Entrepreneurship: This module aims to provide an overview of key concepts and techniques concerning strategic management of innovation and effective management of innovation development processes.
- MODULE 2. Innovation Technology for Energy Saving and Sustainability: This module is dedicated to providing basic knowledge of methodologies employed for rational and sustainable use of energy and material resources, including energy efficiency in the industrial environment, energy management, eco-design, life cycle assessment (LCA), and basic concepts of circular economy and recycling of raw materials.
Requirements
No prerequisite knowledge is required from participants.
Quizzes and Scores
The course is considered successfully completed if the participant answers correctly at least 60% of the questions in total.
Certificate of Accomplishment
The Certificate of Accomplishment will be released to anyone who has successfully completed the course by answering correctly to at least 60% of the questions by the end of the edition. This certificate does not confer any academic credit, grade, or degree.
