Course Structure

• Multiple editions of the course will be activated each academic year.
• Video and teaching materials will remain available after the conclusion of each edition.

Forum

The course includes a freely accessible, unmoderated forum for participants to discuss course content and engage with each other.

Quizzes and Scores

Participants will be presented with quizzes and reflective questions throughout the course. While these are not evaluated for course completion, a final quiz at the end of each week will be assessed.

Certificate of Participation

Upon completing the course, participants can receive a Certificate of Participation if they achieve a minimum of 60% correct answers on the quizzes. This certificate can be downloaded directly from the dashboard and is not an official university certificate, nor does it grant university credits, grades, or diplomas.

Ingrid Hollweck holds a degree in Economics and Commerce from the Otto Friedrich University of Bamberg (Germany) and an MBA from SDA Bocconi. With 18 years of experience in personal, team, and organizational development, she is a certified ICF coach and has worked as an Executive & Corporate Coach for companies. She also teaches and facilitates seminars on leadership and organizational behavior.
