Medico Chirurgo - Tirocinio Post Lauream

The Medico Chirurgo - Tirocinio Post Lauream is a post-graduate internship program for medical graduates who do not possess the qualifying title and are in accordance with the decree law no. 18, article 102 of March 17, 2020. This program is reserved exclusively for graduates of the University of Bologna.

Titoli di accesso

To be eligible for this program, candidates must possess one of the following titles:

• Laurea magistrale afferente alla classe LM-41, in accordance with DM no. 270 of October 22, 2004
• Laurea specialistica afferente alla Classe 46/S, in accordance with DM no. 509 of November 3, 1999
• Laurea in Medicina e Chirurgia, in accordance with previous regulations

The title must have been obtained from the University of Bologna within the terms specified in the notice present in the Allegati section.

Articolazione del Tirocinio Post Lauream

The internship is a practical evaluation that aims to achieve a series of objectives that are the subject of final evaluation. The internship lasts for 3 months and is divided into 3 periods:

• One month in a Medicine department
• One month in a Surgery department
• One month in a General Medicine outpatient clinic affiliated with the National Health Service (SSN)

The internship is carried out under the direct responsibility and care of the assigned Medical Tutor/evaluator, in a 1:1 ratio. At the end of the attendance of at least 100 hours within the month, the Tutor expresses the evaluation with a numerical score out of thirty. To pass the evaluation, a minimum score of 18/30 for each period and 60/90 overall is required.

Iscrizione

The application for enrollment can be submitted from October 8, 2025, at 4:00 PM to October 27, 2025, at 11:59 PM. The title of study necessary for enrollment must be obtained by October 27, 2025. The internship starts on November 10, 2025, and ends on February 10, 2026.

The final lists of those who have passed the internship will be published in this section at the end of the session.

Diplomi e certificati

Once the qualification has been obtained, it is necessary to request the diploma or certificate of qualification for the professions from the State Exams Office.
