The Scuola di Specializzazione in Professioni Legali "Enrico Redenti" is a postgraduate program aimed at providing theoretical and practical training to graduates in Law who intend to specialize in the area of legal professions, including magistrates, lawyers, and notaries.

Objectives

The program aims to:


  • Provide theoretical and practical training to graduates in Law who intend to specialize in legal professions.
  • Ensure adequate preparation for the exams required by law.
  • Offer a specialization diploma that has high credibility in the job market.
  • Develop and manage requalification and permanent training programs in the area of legal professions.
  • Cooperate with other entities involved in postgraduate training for Law graduates.
  • Cooperate with initiatives for legal profession training promoted by the Ministry of Justice, the Superior Council of the Judiciary, Professional Orders of Lawyers and Notaries, and other public and private entities.

Program Structure

The program lasts two academic years, divided into a common year and specialized tracks (each lasting one year):


  • Judicial-forensic track
  • Notarial track

Admission Requirements

  • Graduates in Law (old and new system) can apply.
  • Those with a foreign degree recognized as equivalent to the required Italian degree can also apply.

Admission Process

The admission process includes:


  • A written exam
  • Evaluation of the candidates' titles (qualifications)

Exam Schedule

The written exam will take place on December 16, 2024, at the school's premises in Via B. Andreatta 4, Bologna. Candidates must arrive by 8:30 AM to allow for preliminary activities before the exam.


Attendance

Attendance is mandatory for all enrolled students. Unjustified absences exceeding 60 hours of didactic activities result in exclusion from the school. In cases of justified absences (e.g., pregnancy, illness), the school council may allow completion of the formation within the two-year period or grant a one-year suspension.


Final Exam

The final exam consists of an interdisciplinary written dissertation, judged by a commission of professors, a magistrate, a lawyer, and a notary, with the final grade expressed in seventieths.
