Admission Requirements

• Eligibility: The competition is open to those who have obtained a degree in Medicine and Surgery and are qualified to practice the profession.
• Admission Criteria: The admission competition is based on titles and exams, with a written test to be passed and an evaluation of titles (degree grade, curriculum, exams) as specified in the admission announcement.

Program Content

• Credits: 300 CFU (Crediti Formativi Universitari) must be acquired for the completion of the specialization title.
• Attendance: Attendance is mandatory, with a time commitment equivalent to that required for full-time medical personnel in the National Health Service, which is 38 hours per week.
• Final Exam: The final exam consists of the discussion of the specialization thesis, which is proposed by the student in a scientific-disciplinary sector among those provided for by the Didactic Regulation of the Specialization School, in coherence with the training objectives of the School, under the guidance of a supervisor.

• Incompatibility with Other Courses: According to Law No. 33/2022, it is not possible to enroll simultaneously in a medical specialization course and another course of study, with exceptions.
