Introduction to the AI Top Executive Program

The AI Top Executive Program, offered by the Seoul National University AI Research Institute (AIIS), aims to foster industrial leaders and experts who can lead digital innovation through the convergence of industry and AI technology. The program also seeks to establish a human network platform for the advancement of AI industry-academia cooperation.

Program Details

Duration and Schedule

• The program runs for 21 weeks, from March 24, 2026, to October 20, 2026.
• Classes are held every Tuesday from 17:30 to 21:00, with dinner from 17:30 to 18:30, followed by two lecture sessions and a free discussion period.

Location

• The program takes place at Seoul National University, 942 Building, 2nd floor (Makerspace for dinner) and 3rd floor, room 302 (for lectures).

Admission Requirements

• The program is open to:
  • Top executives and high-ranking officials from large corporations, mid-sized and small enterprises (including non-IT and non-AI companies).
  • High-ranking government officials, public institution executives, and public enterprise executives.
  • Professional individuals (doctors, lawyers, university professors, etc.).
  • Heads of major institutions.
• The program accepts up to 50 participants.

Application and Admission Process

Application Period

• Applications are accepted from December 1, 2025, to February 28, 2026, until 18:00.

Application Method

• Applications must be submitted online through the program's website.

Required Documents

• The following documents must be attached and submitted online:
  • Certificate of employment.
  • High-resolution photo.
  • Company/institution introduction materials or brochures.
  • Business registration certificate.
  • Financial statements (balance sheet and income statement) for the previous year.

Application Fee

• The application fee is 50,000 KRW, payable to Shinhan Bank, account name: Seoul National University AI Research Institute.
• The application fee payment period is from March 3, 2026, to March 6, 2026.

Tuition Fee

• The tuition fee will be notified separately to successful applicants.

Admission Process

• The admission process includes:
  • Document screening.
  • Interview (if necessary).
  • Final selection of successful applicants.

Announcement of Successful Applicants

• Successful applicants will be notified individually via text message and email by March 9, 2026, at 18:00.

Final Registration

• Final registration and payment of the tuition fee must be completed by March 13, 2026.
• The account for tuition fee payment will be notified separately to successful applicants.
