  • Professor CHOW Hei Man Kim: "As a basic scientist, I have had the privilege to pursue scientific knowledge and understanding the intricacies of biological systems. At the same time, I also recognize the importance of bridging the gap between scientific discoveries and their application in real-world settings, which is where health policy could come into play. Through this fellowship, my goal is to contribute to the betterment of society, and to create a healthier and more equitable world for all."
