Program Structure
The program consists of five modules, totaling 90 hours, and is expected to be completed within 15-18 months.
Modules
- 中醫護膚基礎理論 (Chinese Medicine Foundation Theory): 20 hours
- Introduces the fundamental concepts of Chinese medicine, including holistic views, yin-yang and five elements, qi, blood, body fluids, zang-fu organs, meridians, and acupoints.
- 中醫護膚實踐 (一) - 中藥、方劑及食療 (Chinese Medicine Practice - Herbal Medicine, Prescriptions, and Dietary Therapy): 20 hours
- Covers the application of Chinese herbal medicine, prescriptions, and dietary therapy in skin care.
- 中醫護膚實踐 (二) - 穴位、面膜及其他外用療法 (Chinese Medicine Practice - Acupoints, Face Masks, and Other External Therapies): 30 hours
- Focuses on the use of acupoints, face masks, and other external therapies in Chinese medicine for skin care.
- 常見皮膚問題的中醫護理 (Chinese Medicine Care for Common Skin Problems): 10 hours
- Discusses the Chinese medicine approach to common skin problems, including their causes, symptoms, and treatment methods.
- 現代皮膚基礎知識 (Modern Skin Care Basics): 10 hours
