Introduction to the Program

The Degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics is a comprehensive program that offers a strong foundation in social sciences, with a focus on critical thinking, moral analysis, and problem-solving.   • Location: Students will spend the first two semesters in Barcelona (first semester at UPF and second semester at UAB) and the second year in Madrid (first semester at UAM and second semester at UC3M).

Presentation

The Degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics has a strong tradition in the academic world and is currently offered at nearly fifty reference universities worldwide. This program provides students with a comprehensive understanding of social sciences from different perspectives, enabling them to analyze complex global issues and develop well-informed opinions.


Objectives and Competencies

The primary objective of this program is to train professionals who can work in public and private institutions. Graduates will acquire a solid foundation in political science and economics, with a strong emphasis on critical thinking and moral analysis. Students have the opportunity to spend time in foreign universities of recognized international prestige through the Erasmus program or bilateral agreements.
