Introduction to the Program

The Degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics is a comprehensive program that offers a strong foundation in social sciences, philosophy, and economics. This interdisciplinary program is designed to provide students with a deep understanding of the complex relationships between political, economic, and social systems.

• Tuition Fee: €1,202.32 (indicative price for EU students)
• Places: 60 (30 at UPF-UAB, 15 at UAM, and 15 at UC3M)
• Admissions: Students can enroll in any of the three universities that organize the degree, following the usual pre-enrollment procedures of each autonomous community.

Presentation

The Degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics has a strong tradition in the academic field and is currently taught at nearly fifty reference universities (Duke, Bern, Hamburg, Manchester, Oxford, Pennsylvania, or Yale). The program offers a vision of social sciences from different perspectives, providing students with the necessary tools to analyze a increasingly global, complex, and connected world.

Objectives and Competencies

The program aims to train professionals who can work in public and private institutions. Graduates will acquire a solid foundation in political science and economics, with a strong base in critical and moral analysis provided by the humanities, especially philosophy.
