Program Overview

The Master's in Criminology and Penal Execution is an official and interuniversity program (Universitat Pompeu Fabra, Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, Universitat de Girona, and Universitat Oberta de Catalunya) that has been taught for 26 years. This program provides students with a deep understanding of the theoretical and empirical foundations of criminology, the functioning of the penal system, and the execution of penal sanctions. Students will acquire specific methodological knowledge to conduct empirical research in the field of criminology.
