Introduction to the Bachelor's Degree in International Business and Marketing

The Bachelor's Degree in International Business and Marketing is a comprehensive program designed to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and expertise necessary to succeed in the global business arena. Internship Programme

The Internship Programme is a compulsory subject undertaken in the third year of the Bachelor's degree in International Business and Marketing. The program is designed to provide students with hands-on experience in a real company, allowing them to apply theoretical knowledge in a practical setting. The internship is full-time and takes place from April to June.


Preparation Period

The preparation period is designed to equip students with the necessary tools and skills to secure an internship. During this period, students learn to create or improve their CV, video CV, personal branding management, and interview skills.


Search and Application

The search and application process begins in the second term of the third year. ESCI-UPF publishes offers from various companies, both national and international, that match the students' profiles. Students can apply to any of these companies and also search for other companies of interest, as long as they meet the requirements in the ESCI-UPF regulations.


Undertaking the Internships

The internship period is a critical component of the program, providing students with the opportunity to gain practical experience in a real company. The internship is full-time and takes place from April to June. Students can also extend their internship period by starting part-time from January to March, extending the full-time period until September, or continuing part-time during the last year.


Responsible Internships

Undertaking the internships entails signing an educational cooperation agreement, which stipulates the rights and duties of both parties. Students are required to submit the necessary documentation and meet the deadlines to evaluate the subject.
