Program Overview
Introduction to the Master's Program
The primary objective of the UPF Master's program is to provide students with the necessary pedagogical and didactic training to facilitate professionalization for teaching in Secondary Education, Baccalaureate, Vocational Training, and Language Teaching. Throughout the course, students will work on key competencies to become teachers and review their conceptions of learning and the nature of knowledge within their specialty.
Program Structure
The master's program has a globalized and holistic approach, where learning is experiential, co-constructed, and based on reflective practice. The program aims to form highly competent professionals to address current challenges in secondary education, reflective of their practice, empowered to implement innovative teaching practices, and capable of working collaboratively in teaching teams.
