Màster de Formació del Professorat

The Master's in Teacher Training is a program designed to provide students with the necessary skills and knowledge to become effective teachers. The program is structured into several modules, each focusing on a specific aspect of teacher training.

Mòdul 1: Fonaments de l'Educació Secundària

Module 1: Foundations of Secondary Education is a common module for all specialties of the master's program. The objective of this module is to provide students with the necessary competencies in the psycho-socio-pedagogical aspects of teaching, which are common to all specialties.

• The module aims to equip future teachers with a thorough understanding of the characteristics of children and adolescents, particularly during the stage between 12 and 18 years old.
• It focuses on their motivations, emotional and intellectual maturation, and the development of their personality.

The module is structured into two subjects that are taught simultaneously with the rest of the courses in the five specialties during the academic year:

• Projecte, Desenvolupament, Aprenentatge i Educació (5 ECTS): 1st trimester
• Societat, Família i Educació: Processos i Contextos Educatius (10 ECTS): 2nd and 3rd trimester

Especialització Docent

The program also includes a module on Teaching Specialization, which is designed to provide students with the necessary skills and knowledge to specialize in a specific area of teaching.
