Program Overview

The Master's in Pharmaceutical and Biotechnological Industry is a postgraduate program offered by the Universitat Pompeu Fabra (UPF).

Admission Requirements

To be eligible for the program, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Official University Degree: An official university degree in a relevant field (scientific-natural or health sciences) from the European Higher Education Area (EEES) or an equivalent foreign degree that allows access to a postgraduate university degree in the country where the degree was issued.
• Academic Transcript: An official academic transcript with a minimum grade point average from the university of origin.
• Curriculum Vitae: A curriculum vitae written in Spanish, English, or Catalan.
• Motivation Letter: A motivation letter in Spanish or Catalan, explaining the interest in pursuing the master's degree, with a length of 400-600 words.
• National Identity Document or Passport: A valid national identity document or passport.

Optional Documentation

The following documents are optional but will be positively valued:

• English Language Proficiency: Accreditation of English language proficiency, preferably C1, minimum B2.
• Spanish Language Proficiency: Accreditation of Spanish language proficiency, level B2 (for international students).
• Letter of Recommendation: A letter of recommendation (professional or academic) signed by someone who knows the candidate and can evaluate them.
• Personal Presentation Video: A one-minute personal presentation video.
• Work Experience: Work experience in a sector related to the program's thematic area.
• Research Experience: Research experience.
• Teaching Experience: Teaching experience.
• Complementary Academic Training: Complementary academic training in areas related to the program.
• Complementary Professional Training: Complementary professional training.

Tuition Fees

The tuition fees for the program are as follows:

• EU Students: 1,302 €
• Non-EU Students: 5,749.8 €
