Program Overview

Introduction to the Program

The Arquitectura Tècnica ELISAVA to Grau en Enginyeria d'Edificació program is designed for students who have completed their studies in Arquitectura Tècnica and wish to obtain a degree in Enginyeria d'Edificació. This program is offered by ELISAVA Escola Superior de Disseny and is subject to the regulations and guidelines set forth by the Universitat Pompeu Fabra.

Program Details

• Destinataries: The program is intended for students who have completed their studies in Arquitectura Tècnica, regardless of the institution where they completed their studies.
• Places: A total of 60 places are available for this program.
• Inici d'activitats: The program is scheduled to begin in January 2012.
• Accés i admissió: The admission process is unified and managed by the Oficina d'Orientació per a l'Accés a la Universitat. The assignment of places is based on the student's previous degree and academic record.

Planificació Curricular

The program's curriculum is designed to recognize up to 148 ECTS (out of 180 credits) for students who have completed their studies in Arquitectura Tècnica. The recognized credits include:

• 110 ECTS for core and compulsory subjects
• 18 ECTS for elective subjects
• 20 ECTS for external practices, subject to the student's professional experience and accreditation

Academic Regulations

• The program is subject to the Normativa de Règim Acadèmic de Progressió en els Estudis i Permanència dels Estudis de Grau de la UPF.
• The program's academic standards and quality control measures are the same as those applied to the Grau en Enginyeria d'Edificació program.
• Students are required to demonstrate a sufficient level of English language proficiency to complete the program.

Tercer Trimestre

• Construcció: Innovació constructiva (6 ECTS)
• Construcció: Tecnologies emergents (6 ECTS)
• Llengua: Usos acadèmics i terminologia específica en anglès (4 ECTS)
• Projectes: Projecte Integral VII. Control de projecte (4 ECTS)

Quart Trimestre

• Projectes: Projecte Integral VIII. Control d'execució (4 ECTS)
• Projectes: Projecte Integral IX. Gestió d'obra (4 ECTS)
• Projectes: Projecte Integral X. Gestió professional (4 ECTS)
• Projectes: Projectes de Final de Grau (20 ECTS)

Total Credits

The program requires a total of 92 ECTS to be completed.

Organització de l'activitat docent

The program's teaching activities are structured into four trimesters, with a total of 10 weeks of lectures per trimester. The program's academic calendar is the same as that of the Grau en Enginyeria d'Edificació program. The teaching load is 6.5 hours per ECTS, with additional online support through the ELISAVA Virtual Campus.
