Program Overview

The program aims to introduce yoga techniques to the university community as useful and precise tools for:

• Tonifying and revitalizing muscle and internal organs
• Controlling stress and muscle tension
• Improving concentration and intellectual performance
• Improving posture, chronic pain, and contractures
• Achieving physical and emotional balance

Schedule and Calendar

• Group Ciutadella:
  • Location: Sala d'assajos (aula 40.s33)
  • Time: Thursdays from 14:30 to 15:30 h
  • Calendar: Available for the course duration

Prices

• 1st Trimester:
  • Duration: October 16 - December 18 (10 classes)
  • Price: 36.00 €
• 2nd Trimester:
  • Duration: January 8 - March 26 (12 classes)
  • Price: 43.00 €
• 3rd Trimester:
  • Duration: April 9 - June 18 (8 classes)
  • Price: 36.00 €

• Required Materials:
  • Each participant must bring their own mat
  • Comfortable clothing

Registration

• Registration is available for each trimester
• In case of issues during registration, please contact the Centre d'Atenció a l'Usuari (CAU) and provide your contact details

Credits

• This activity grants the right to recognition of 1 ECTS credit to students of the UPF university community, provided that the following requirements are met:
  • Completion of the entire course (all 3 trimesters)
  • Attendance at 80% of the sessions
  • A maximum of 1 ECTS credit can be recognized per academic year
  • Consult the procedure for requesting credit recognition

• Purpose: Management inherent to the condition of participant in sports activities
• Legitimization: Your consent, which can be withdrawn at any time
• Recipients: Your data will only be used by the Universitat Pompeu Fabra and will not be transferred to third parties without your consent, except in cases provided by law
• Rights: Access to data, rectification, deletion, request for portability, opposition to treatment, and request for limitation through email to the corresponding address. If you consider that your rights have not been properly addressed, you can file a complaint with the Catalan Data Protection Authority.
