Final Project (TFM) Format

The final project must follow specific guidelines to ensure uniform presentation of written work. The guidelines include:


  • Cover page: Standard format to be filled in by students according to the provided model.
  • Font and spacing:
    • Main text: Times New Roman 12, double-spaced.
    • Quotes and citations: Times New Roman 11, single-spaced.
    • Footnotes and bibliography: Times New Roman 10, single-spaced.
  • Citation and bibliography system: Traditional or APA 7th edition.
  • Annexes:
    • If included, they should be outside the main pagination and not count towards the required extension.
    • Maximum length: 15 pages for 15 ECTS TFM and 10 pages for 10 ECTS TFM.

Specific Requirements for Translation Projects

For students whose final project involves translating a text (applicable to 10 ECTS TFM):


  • The translated text can be presented in the main body of the work.
  • The text should not exceed 60% of the total TFM length (maximum 12-15 pages).
  • The remaining space (8-10 pages) should be dedicated to discussing the translation task, materials used, difficulties, supporting bibliography, etc.
  • The original text can only be included in the annex.
