The training path, through specific in-depth studies, intends to offer students the tools to critically address all problems of a legal and economic nature related to corporate governance, considering how the evolution of the economic system, internationalization, and attention to new protections of legal assets have imposed on companies operating in different sectors to initiate organizational and productive transition processes, also aimed at pursuing sustainable development models.
