Educational Goals
The program has three curricula:
Curriculum in Roman Law
The curriculum aims to increase individual research in the field of ancient societies and their legal systems. The fundamental objective is to promote research on Roman law in the historical context of ancient societies.
Curriculum in Theory of Legal Systems
The curriculum consists of two routes: philosophy of law and canon and ecclesiastical law. The expected formative task is to promote the acquisition of high qualification, critical, and scientific skills within cultural ambits essential for research in the field of legal and political philosophy.
Curriculum in Contract Law and Economics of Business
The curriculum aims to strengthen national and international integration of university systems by promoting initiatives in the cultural, scientific, and educational fields through the study of legal and economic sciences.
Exam and Tests
- Exam: Oral exam on July 15, 2025, at 10:00 AM in the Navarrini room, Faculty of Economics.
- Tests: Evaluation of qualifications on June 30, 2025.
