The Master's program in Assetti gestionali e pedagogico-didattici di CPIA e Scuole di Secondo Livello con adulti scarsamente alfabetizzati, in esecuzione penale, migranti e MSNA aims to provide a professionalizing educational path focused on developing competencies related to the management and pedagogical-didactic aspects of educational institutions (CPIA and secondary schools) for adults with low education, those in penal execution, and migrants (including unaccompanied foreign minors). The program is designed within the perspective of lifelong learning and an integrated educational system, benefiting in-service training and the supervision of school principals (engaged in multilevel territorial governance) and teachers (engaged in pedagogical and didactic knowledge and planning), to promote the process of school inclusion and facilitate the path towards full integration into society.
