Educational Goals

The Master's program aims to provide a training path focused on acquiring knowledge that can be potentially spent within and outside national and European parliamentary institutions. In relation to the didactic needs of the course, the Master promotes studies and research in collaboration with public entities and private subjects, with other Italian and foreign universities, where activities related to the objectives of the Master are carried out.


Program Structure

  • The course is taught in Italian.
  • The training activity is equivalent to 1500 hours of overall commitment, of which at least 300 hours are dedicated to frontal teaching and 250 hours are dedicated to the final exam.
  • The remaining hours are used for the following training activities: internship at the end of which the result of the experience acquired will be produced.
  • The annual teaching of the Master is articulated in modules, including topics of Parliamentary Law; Public Law Institutions; Comparative Public Law; Modern History; Constitutional and Contemporary History; European Union Law; Political Economy; Political Science; Administrative Law.

Admission Criteria

  • The Master's program has applied for several scholarships, reserved for public employees, to cover the total or partial cost of the enrollment fee for this Master.
  • Public employees can compete for one of the scholarships according to the procedures that will be illustrated in the MASTER INPS EXECUTIVE call, which will be published on the INPS website after they have submitted a regular application for admission to this Master.

Application Deadline

  • The deadline for submitting the application for admission has been extended to January 31, 2023.
  • The selective test has been postponed to February 8. It will be held in the times, places, and modalities described in the annex "Come iscriversi."
