The Master's program in OPHTHALMIC SURGERY ASSISTANCE aims to cover topics in medical-legal ophthalmology that can enhance the knowledge of recent graduates and have significant relevance in the professional activities of healthcare professionals. The program focuses on the profile of medical-legal responsibility in ophthalmology and aims to provide students with basic notions related to the professional profile and obligations arising from the penal and civil code, as well as from special laws. These knowledge areas will enable the development of innovative professional collaborations and the avoidance of future attitudes related to defensive medicine. The acquisition of the teachings of the Master in "Ophthalmology Medical Legal" will allow individuals to manage and/or prevent potential problems related to the relationship between healthcare personnel and the structure of belonging, as well as between personnel and patients.

Tuition Fee and Refund Policy

The tuition fee for the program is 2000. A refund policy is in place for the admission test fee, with details as follows:


  • The refund decrees for the admission test fee of € 35.00 will be prepared by the University's Master's Sector, Higher Education, and Support for the School of Advanced Studies starting from April.
  • Interested parties residing in Italy must communicate their IBAN code to the Master's Sector.
  • Interested parties residing abroad must also communicate the Swift code of their bank.
