The CdS in SCIENZE DELLA MODA E DEL COSTUME is a unique curriculum that offers a comprehensive education in fashion studies.
Program Structure
- The program is articulated in a single curriculum.

- The methods for any transfer and/or transfer from other courses of study are governed by the manifesto of the university's studies for the current academic year.
Teaching Methods
- The teaching method is conventional.
- The methods of verifying preparation consist of written and oral exams.
- The CdS appoints one or more teachers who have the task of verifying knowledge of foreign languages. The related credits are reported in the manifesto.
- The CdS appoints one or more teachers who have the task of verifying other skills. The related credits are reported in the manifesto.
- The CdS appoints one or more teachers who have the task of verifying the results of any internships, internships, and periods of study abroad. The related credits are reported in the manifesto.
Attendance and Tutoring
- The CdS provides for conventional attendance methods.
- The CdS provides for attendance methods also for part-time students, as the calendar and programs of the teachings provided for by the manifesto are substantially maintained in the following year.
- The CdS provides for the recognition, following verification, of credits acquired in other Courses of study at "La Sapienza" or other Universities, in accordance with its own manifesto of studies.
- The tutoring methods are aimed at guiding and assisting students throughout their studies, making them actively participate in the training process, and removing obstacles to a profitable attendance of the courses.
Academic Staff
- The CdS declares that teachings corresponding to at least 90 credits are held by professors or researchers framed in the relevant scientific-disciplinary sectors and of role within the university, or in role within other universities on the basis of specific agreements between the interested universities.
- No professor or researcher of role has been counted in total more than two times for teachings held in any way both in their own and in other universities.
