Graduate Requirements
To be admitted to the final exam (Laurea exam), students must have passed all profit exams, completed the required hours for internship attendance, and passed the related exam. For the achievement of the Laurea, students must pass a final exam consisting of:
- A practical test, in which students must demonstrate that they have acquired fundamental technical-practical skills and abilities specific to the professional profile.
- The preparation of a thesis, under the guidance of a supervisor, and its discussion. The thesis, related to topics or disciplines strictly correlated to the professional profile, can have a research, technical-applicative, or compilative profile. Students who do not pass the practical test cannot be admitted to the thesis discussion. Both phases of the final exam will take place in front of a Commission composed according to the law, in compliance with the University's Teaching Regulations and the Faculty and Degree Course Regulations. The Laurea exam has the value of a state exam enabling the profession.

Job Orientation
The Career Service of Sapienza supports students, graduates, and alumni in the delicate phase of transition from the university path to the world of work, providing various services, including:
- Assistance and information on services provided
- Individual career counseling
- CV revision
- Training catalog for job orientation and employability development

Job orientation activities can consist of seminars, workshops, and thematic events on job orientation, transversal skills, and career management skills (e.g., soft skills, CV preparation, active job search strategies, video curriculum, social networks, Employability Lab, etc.).
To facilitate the meeting with companies and entities, Recruiting days, Career Day, Testimonial day, Company presentations, company visits, Assessment, Business Game, mentoring programs, or other placement initiatives are organized, including those with Alumni and company mentoring. These events can be held online or in person and are aimed at finding the most suitable profiles for the professional opportunities offered by companies.
Students and graduates have at their disposal the JobTeaser Sapienza platform to:
- Create and personalize their CV
- Apply for job opportunities in line with their curricular profile
- Consult the list of registered companies and associations to contact them autonomously
- Book events, company presentations, and Career Day
Every year, the Career Service organizes the University's Career Day, dedicated to students and graduates of all eleven Faculties of Sapienza, as well as several thematic or Faculty-specific Career Days. The services, event calendar, and opportunities dedicated to students and graduates are published on the University's website. The Career Service manages its social media channels, where it promotes services, announces calls and competitions, and other opportunities dedicated to students and graduates.
