Quality Assurance (QA)

Organization and Responsibilities of the QA

The Quality Assurance (QA) system of Sapienza is described in detail on the Quality Team's web pages, which can be consulted at the following address.

The web pages describe the ten-year path developed by the University for the construction of the Sapienza Quality Assurance, the organizational model adopted, the QA actors (Quality Team, Monitoring Committees, Joint Teacher-Student Commissions, Quality Commissions of the Study Courses), the active working groups, the main activities developed, and the documentation prepared for the management of quality assurance processes and activities in teaching, research, and the third mission.

The web pages also represent the communication platform and the reference data for the activities of Re-examination, drafting of the reports of the Joint Teacher-Student Commissions and the Monitoring Committees, and the compilation of the SUA-Teaching and SUA-Research Schedules.

Each Study Course and each Department has the faculty to decline the Sapienza Quality Assurance model defined in the Quality Team's web pages in the QA of the Study Course/Department, borrowing and adapting it to its own organizational specificities while respecting the models and procedures defined by the ANVUR and the Quality Team.

The Study Course/Department web pages, together with the SUA-Teaching and SUA-Research Schedules, represent the communication tools for the modalities of implementation of the Quality Assurance System at the Study Course/Department level.

Consultation with Representative Organizations

The consultations regarding the academic year are available at the following link.

On October 17, 2022, at 7:00 PM, a consultation was held in telematic mode, in which the President of Fimaa, the President of Fiabci Italia, and the President of the Scientific Committee of IsiVi, delegated by the President of IsiVi, took part.

The parties expressed a favorable opinion for the establishment of the Degree Course in Law and Economics of Real Estate, emphasizing the importance of guaranteeing future students the acquisition of high-level skills, knowledge, and professionalism, thanks to the start of a three-year degree course that will constitute a qualified path for the qualification of professions of relevance and impact for the reference market.

The present Study Course represents the suitable tool for providing a solid and necessary preparation to aspiring future professionals in the sector, allowing them to become more competitive in the current labor market.

It is of primary importance to provide students with high qualitative standards, in order to prepare professionals in the sector both at the legal and economic level.

All representatives of the invited organizations appreciated the planned training offer, highlighting how it represents the structuring of a training path that presents, in internationalization and in-depth study of the fundamental subjects of the real estate market, its constituent aspects of greater added value.

In conclusion, the interested parties were invited to suggest any actions that can increase the prestige and competitiveness of the Study Course.

It was emphasized how the category and the market require a qualified path for the qualification of a very important and delicate profession for consumers, their savings, and their investments, wanting to guarantee the maximum diffusion of the Study Course at the national level, seeking to involve other institutions in this project.

The minutes of the consultations are available at the following link.

Consultation with Representative Organizations (Subsequent Consultations)

The Study Course organizes periodic meetings with the interested parties, some of which were already consulted during the establishment phase.

This is a profile that is the subject of constant development and adaptation due to the changing needs of the labor market.

The outcomes of the consultations with the interested parties, as well as the meetings, also informal, with the members of the Commission for Relations with the World of Work, are analyzed systematically by the Study Course, in order to verify the adequacy of the training offer with respect to job prospects and ensure an increasingly greater coordination between didactic activities and professional outlets, as well as the services and post-graduate activities offered by the Faculty (Master's, Doctoral Courses, School of Specialization for Legal Professions).

Extensive debates are held with the student component, both on the occasion of the Faculty Assemblies and on the occasion and in anticipation of the Study Course Councils, as well as through constant dialogue with the teaching staff (in particular, the President of the Study Course).

The Study Course has sought to implement collaboration with private and public companies and entities to offer students the opportunity to carry out training internships at these external realities.

The minutes of the consultations with the interested parties are available at the following link.
