Research Areas
The program covers three main disciplinary areas:
- Economic Geography: This area promotes research on the main topics of interest for economic geography, social and urban geography, integrating qualitative and quantitative methodologies and spatial data analysis. The topics of interest include regional development, inequalities, urban, regional, and territorial policies, tourism, innovation, and environmental issues.
