The International Doctorate in English Language, Literature, and Translation (SELLT) is a doctoral program offered by Sapienza University of Rome, in partnership with the University of Silesia in Katowice, Poland. The program is designed for students who wish to pursue interdisciplinary studies in English language and literature, with a strong focus on international connections.
Program Objectives
The SELLT program aims to provide students with advanced critical and analytical skills, as well as specialized research training in the fields of English linguistics, translation studies, and English literature. The program is divided into three curricula:
- Linguistics and Translation Studies
- Literary Studies - Anglo-American Literature and Culture
- Literary Studies - English Literature and Culture
