Program Overview

Project, Program and Portfolio Management

Overview

The objective of the course is to train high-level professionals who can master the most advanced notions and techniques related to Project, Program, and Portfolio Management. Specifically, the course will delve into the strategic and integrated management of organizational resources, presenting standardized models at an international level that enable the achievement of performance and control of projects that would be complex and difficult to implement in the case of separate management.

Educational Goals

The course aims to enable students to make strategic choices in Governance, such as selecting the project portfolio and structuring a Program Management Office, for project-based organizations and those that want to control the consistency of investments (strategic directions) with projects, taking into account the potential return on investment, risks, and resources associated with projects, as well as the development of core competencies in the perspective of increasing organizational maturity in Project Management, also in an "Agile" perspective.
