Program Overview
The Corso di formazione obbligatorio per il Tirocinio Forense is a mandatory training course for the forensic internship, offered in conjunction with the Consiglio dell’Ordine degli Avvocati di Roma. The course aims to provide theoretical and practical knowledge to aspiring lawyers during their forensic internship, enabling them to pass the state exam for the practice of the legal profession.
Course Structure
The course lasts 18 months, divided into three semesters (November-April, May-October, and November-April). It consists of theoretical lessons in civil, criminal, administrative, substantive, and procedural law, accompanied by practical exercises and simulations of the written exam.
Course Objectives
The course objectives are to provide students with the necessary knowledge and skills to pass the state exam for the practice of the legal profession, in accordance with the requirements and educational objectives set by the Decreto del Ministro della Giustizia 9 febbraio 2018, n. 17.
Course Outcome
Upon completion of the 18-month course, students will receive a certificate necessary for registration for the state exam, provided they pass the final exam.
