The Master's program in Assetti gestionali e pedagogico-didattici di CPIA e Scuole di Secondo Livello con adulti scarsamente alfabetizzati, in esecuzione penale, migranti e MSNA is designed to provide a professionalizing educational path aimed at developing competencies related to the management and pedagogical-didactic aspects of educational institutions (CPIA and secondary schools) for adults with low education, in penal execution, and migrants (including unaccompanied foreign minors). The program is based on the perspective of lifelong learning and an integrated educational system, to the benefit of in-service training and supervision of school leaders (engaged in multi-level territorial governance) and teachers (engaged in pedagogical and didactic knowledge and planning), to promote the process of school inclusion and facilitate the path towards full integration into society.
