Program Overview
Master of Financial Technology
The Master of Financial Technology is a program aimed at students aspiring to pursue a career within the growing FinTech field, covering technology and its impact on banking and the global payment systems, the insurance industry, and trading in financial markets.
Overview
Financial technology (FinTech) is growing exponentially and is transforming the future of business. Built on the intersection of finance and information technology, organisations across various industries are seeking graduates with skills and knowledge in this area to help identify new opportunities for disrupting markets, services, and driving positive change.
Throughout the degree, you will learn through a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical skills related to modern technological developments in the financial sector. You will undertake subjects in data programming, information visualisation, and machine learning, explore case studies, engage with industry partners, and apply your knowledge in a FinTech research project.
You can combine a Master of Financial Technology with another business master's degree to create a two-year program tailored for you.
