The Certificate in Human Nutrition for Internationally Trained Dietitians is a two-year, part-time program offered by the University of Saskatchewan's College of Pharmacy and Nutrition. This program is designed to provide formal recognition of academic upgrading for internationally trained dietitians (ITDs) who require it prior to applying for licensure through the Saskatchewan College of Dietitians.

• NUTR 350.3 Introduction to Public Health and Community Nutrition: This course introduces the field of community and public health nutrition and its role in health and healthcare.
• NUTR 441.3 Clinical Nutrition I: The role of nutrition in the etiology, pathogenesis, and treatment of human disease, with particular attention to chronic diseases.
• NUTR 466.3 Organization and Management of Nutrition Services: Focuses on managerial decision making relevant to managing organizational change, human resources, and financial management of food service systems.
