General Objectives of the Course
The Specialization Course on After Action Review aims to equip SGIFR agents responsible for reconstructing and analyzing rural fire interventions with the skills to identify relevant rural fire incidents, analyze determining factors, organize participatory processes, and focus on events rather than personal responsibilities. The course also seeks to help participants identify interconnections between process stages and propose aspects for future improvement.
