- Master's degree or legal equivalent
- Approval in public assessment of pedagogical and scientific capacities
- Graduation, plus an academic or scientific curriculum recognized by the scientific council of the faculty
- Academic, scientific, or professional curriculum recognized by the faculty as a guarantee of capacity to proceed to this cycle of studies
