General Objectives of the Course
The Bachelor's Degree in Tourism, Territory and Heritage aims to provide students with knowledge, aptitudes, and skills at a theoretical, practical, and methodological level in areas where tourism, territory, and heritage constitute the central themes. These areas are increasingly important in the labor market due to the consolidation and diversification of practices. Based on a systemic and humanistic view of tourism, territory, and heritage as platforms that build bridges and promote dialogue between cultures, students will be encouraged to actively participate in the labor market through internships at organizations in key areas related to this program.

Examination Regulations, Assessment and Grading
Assessment is a pedagogical activity inseparable from the teaching process, aiming to establish students' competencies and knowledge, their critical sense, ability to recognize and resolve problems, as well as their written and oral presentation skills. Students may only register for exams for classes they are currently registered. Examples of assessment items include:
- Oral or written exams
- Written or practical work
- Individual and group projects that may require an oral defense
- Class participation Grading is based on a scale of 0 to 20, and a grade of 10 is required to pass. The final grade is calculated by taking into account the relative weight of each item according to a formula published in the course outline.
Learning Objectives and Intended Skills
The study plan will help students to:
- Know the meaning and evolution of the concepts of tourism, territory, and heritage
- Understand and practice the fundamentals of territory and tourism
- Explain the relationships between tourism, territory, and heritage
- Identify organizational structures and operational tools of tourism and heritage
- Demonstrate the contribution of tourism, territory, and heritage for sustainable development of territories and populations in geographical contexts from a global to a local level Skills and competences: Students must apply specific knowledge and working tools, develop skills of reflection, research, design, coordination, and planning/management enabling high autonomy for the development of research or for a professional activity in the specific areas of the cycle of studies.

Graduation Requirements
Achievement of the passing grade in a set of curricular units that amount to a total of 180 ECTS.
