Program Overview
The Training Course - Quality Management in Information Services is designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to manage quality in information services. The course aims to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of quality management standards, models, and instruments, as well as the ability to design, implement, and evaluate a quality management policy in information services.
General Objectives of the Course
At the end of the course, students should be able to:
- Know the different quality management standards and models
- Use the main quality management instruments and tools
- Design, implement, and evaluate a quality management policy in Information Services using some of the main designs, models, and standards available
Admission Requirements
The course is open to:
- Senior Information Services Technicians
- Senior Public Administration and Local Administration Technicians
- Other candidates with an interest in the topic covered

The course is offered in a B-learning mode.

The teaching and evaluation language is Portuguese.

The examination regulations, assessment, and grading are as follows:
- Mandatory presence in 2/3 of the training contact hours
- Quantitative 0-20 values
