Course Description
The course aims to provide an introduction to the application of modern techniques and analysis methods relevant to functional genomics. It is project-based, and students will gain practical insight and experience in analyzing large-scale datasets generated using sequencing, proteomics, or metabolomics methods. Students work in groups to analyze data and produce a poster presentation of the results.
