Program Overview
International Business and Economics Programme
The International Business and Economics Programme is designed to prepare students for an international career in companies and organisations working across national borders. The programme provides an understanding of global challenges and how international organisations and a global economy work.

Programme Structure
The programme is taught in English and consists of three years of full-time studies. The first three semesters cover courses in business administration, economics, statistics, business analytics, and law. The programme starts with an introduction to international business, markets, trade, and global challenges, followed by courses in leadership, managerial decision-making, and marketing.
Specialisation
Students can choose to specialise in either business administration or economics. The specialisation in business administration includes courses in project management, entrepreneurship, accounting, operational management, and challenges in the international business environment. The specialisation in economics includes courses in economic modelling, industrial economy, financial economics, microeconomics, and macroeconomics.
Elective Courses, Study Abroad, and Internship
During one semester, students have the opportunity to personalise their learning by choosing elective courses. They also have the option to study abroad or do an internship in Sweden or abroad.

The programme integrates competencies in business and economics, including sustainability, ethics, and social responsibility. Students have the opportunity to do an internship for ten weeks in Sweden or abroad, and studying abroad is also an option.
Future and Career Opportunities
The programme prepares students for qualified work in Sweden and abroad, developing skills in doing business across national and international boundaries. Common positions for graduates include project management, business development, analysis, control, and account management.

- Selection: Senior Highschool Grade Point Average or Results - National university aptitude test (60/40)
Degree
After completing the programme, students may obtain a Degree of Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics, with the main field of study being Business Administration or Economics.
